About the Content Planner
Posting regularly is easier with a plan. This planner places videos on real dates, rotates your content pillars and suggests a format and a call to action for each one, so you can film in batches.
When it is ready, download the plan as a CSV for a spreadsheet, or as an .ics file for your calendar app. Nothing is stored on our servers, so download before you close the tab.
How to use it
- Enter your topic and a start date.
- Choose how many weeks and videos per week.
- Optionally add your own pillars and pick the formats you can film.
- Build the plan, tweak it, then export.
Tips for better results
- Choose a number of videos per week you could still manage during your busiest week. A plan you can keep is better than an ambitious one you abandon.
- Block one session to film several videos at once, and use the planner dates for editing and posting rather than filming.
- After a month, compare your own results by pillar and format, then edit the plan to do more of what worked. The first plan is a starting point only.

- Topic or niche: budget cooking

the tool produces output like this:

Who it is for
- Batch filming on one day for the week.
- Giving a client or collaborator a clear schedule.
- Keeping a mix of educational and personal videos.
Limitations and accuracy
- Posting days follow a standard pattern. Check your own analytics for when your audience is active.
- Ideas are prompts, not predictions.
- A plan is only useful if it is realistic. Choose a pace you can keep.
