About SMMChad

SMMChad is a collection of free tools for people who create content on Instagram and TikTok: caption, hashtag, bio and username generators, an engagement rate calculator, content planners, and plain-language guidance for TikTok account problems.

How the tools work

The generators use written templates and simple rules that run in your browser. They are not AI writers, and we say so on each page. The calculators show the exact formula and your numbers worked through. Text you type into a tool is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers.

What we will not do

• We do not sell or provide followers, likes, views or any other engagement.
• We never ask for your Instagram or TikTok password, login codes or tokens.
• We do not claim to check, unfreeze, unban or recover any social media account. Our TikTok account tools give general guidance and link to TikTok's official pages.
• We do not force you to watch ads or click anything to use a tool.

Independence

SMMChad is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok or ByteDance. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Keeping information accurate

Platform limits and rules change. Where we state a limit (for example, Instagram's 150-character bio) we use commonly documented values and tell you to confirm in the app when sources disagree. Official TikTok links on the account guidance pages show the date they were last checked.
