About the Account Recovery Assistant
When TikTok locks you out or limits your account, the hardest part is knowing what to do first. This assistant asks one question, what is happening, and gives you a checklist for that situation: what to check, what to do in order, and what to avoid.
It is guidance, not a service. We cannot verify your account status, contact TikTok on your behalf or reverse a decision. Only TikTok can do that. What we can do is point you to its official pages and help you avoid common mistakes, like paying a scammer or making a new account that breaks the rules.

Can this tool unban or recover my TikTok account?
No. It cannot interact with TikTok at all. It explains the official routes so you can use them yourself.
Does it check whether my account is banned?
No. Only the notices inside your TikTok app show your real status. We do not look up usernames.
Is it safe to enter my username?
It stays in your browser and is not sent or stored. You never need to enter a password or code here, and you should never share them with anyone.
Are there paid services that can recover accounts?
Treat any such offer with suspicion. TikTok decisions are made by TikTok, and scammers often ask for your login details.
